FIDUCIARY DEPOSIT CHARTER: LSR-ESCROW-2026-FINAL

Irrevocable Tripartite Capital Custody and Asset-Liquidation Fiduciary Compact

Integrated Cleared Account Protocols for AureusLux Transactions

1.0 Asset Isolation & Segregated Ledger Maintenance

In order to neutralize systemic counterparty degradation within cross-border digital clearance channels, all gross transaction volumes processed via the AureusLux node shall be held in commendam within an un-leveraged, non-commingled Segregated Capital Custody Structure. Capital allocation remains entirely insulated from operational pool liquidity, under the algorithmic enforcement of Tier-1 clearers, specifically the Stripe Enterprise Interface and PayPal Merchant Processing Networks.

2.0 Cryptographic Inbound Holds & Mandatory Release Triggers

  1. Fiduciary Hold Execution: All inbound asset transfers are subjected to a mandatory, immutable hold status upon ledger ingestion. No capital liquidation, operational distribution, or auxiliary artisan compensation may occur during the transit cycle.
  2. Automated Ledger Settlement: The final transfer of liquidity to manufacturing echelons is triggered exclusively by a cryptographically verified carrier delivery confirmation returned via cross-border shipping nodes (including multi-carrier global tracking arrays). Settlement remains frozen until complete physical delivery is executed.

3.0 Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adjudication & Buyer Indemnification

  1. Dispute Activation Mandate: Patrons retain an unconditioned, statutory right to initiate systemic dispute proceedings within 30 days post-carrier delivery confirmation, provided the delivered asset demonstrates structural non-conformity relative to the pre-dispatch 4K visual calibration record.
  2. Arbitral Financial Resolution: Upon formal dispute filing, the platform compliance board assumes exclusive arbitral jurisdiction. If material non-conformance is validated, the escrow framework automatically executes a full capital clawback, ensuring complete financial protection for the buyer.
