This Policy governs the logistics, packaging, and delivery of all products dispatched by AureusLux through aureuslux.com.

I. Commitment to Secure Delivery

Every package is fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit, at no additional cost.

II. Pre-Shipment Verification

1. Authenticity Verification — Confirmation that the product meets specifications;
2. Quality Control — Final assessment of craftsmanship and condition;
3. Packaging — Secure, protective packaging for international transit.

III. Processing Time

Three (3) to seven (7) business days after payment verification. Clients are notified at each stage.

IV. Shipping Carriers

Primary carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS. Selection determined by destination and routing efficiency.

V. International Delivery

Estimated ten (10) to twenty (20) business days from dispatch. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

VI. Customs & Duties

Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

VII. Order Tracking

Full tracking provided for all orders. Tracking number and carrier information sent via email upon dispatch.

VIII. Non-Delivery

If returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipment cost is borne by the client. Errors by aureuslux are re-shipped at no charge.
