This Policy sets forth the terms under which aureuslux accepts returns, processes refunds, and facilitates exchanges for products purchased through aureuslux.com.

I. Return Eligibility

1. Time Limit — Returns must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
2. Condition — The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. Proof of Purchase — The original order confirmation must be provided.

II. Refund Process

1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method;
2. The refund amount corresponds to the purchase price, exclusive of shipping charges;
3. Processing time is typically five (5) to ten (10) business days;
4. Client receives email notification upon initiation and completion.

III. Sale Items

Products purchased at a discounted price are eligible for store credit only. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

IV. Shipping Costs for Returns

The cost of return shipping is borne by the client. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

V. Damaged or Defective Items

Notify us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographic evidence. AureusLux will, at its discretion, issue a full refund including shipping costs or dispatch a replacement.

VI. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for products of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability, within the thirty (30) day period. Contact support@aureuslux.com.

VII. Non-Returnable Items

1. Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered;
2. Items returned without original packaging or tags;
3. Items from unauthorised third-party resellers;
4. Custom or bespoke items.
